My Dream

Hello my name is Maria Ervina Permatasari Santoso. I'm in 10th grade now. I have many dreams. the first is i want to pass this semester with a good score :) after this semester is school holiday. I wish I can get some vacation later. If I want get vacation my score must be good.
     My next dream is I want to meet my favorite singer. he was Justin Timberlake! and an actor whom I don't know his name. They both so handsome and famous. the actor was played in "my love from the star" it is korean movie
     And maybe someday I want to visit Lourdes, France. To see Holy water which is called "lourdes water". And tomb of Saint Bernadeth. There is a legend about her. I'm very curious with it. After france I want to visit Roma, Italia. In roma city there is a country who was named Vatikan. And I want to meet the paus there.
  Now "stand by me" already on cinema. I wish I can watch it this month. and for older movie i want to watching a thailand movie. that is about comedy and romance. the title is "crazy little thing called love". The  main actor is also handsome! and he look like charismatic. which is in sport or photography. and the actrees is beautiful. The movie very interesting. it success made me sad and happy almost in the same time.
    I am can waiting for "mockingjay part 2" and "insurgent" next year in march and december. I forget that i didn't haave my report of my score yet. I'm still nervous about it. wish me luck!

Mouse Deer and Crocodile

One day, Mouse Deer went down to the river to take a drink. But he knew that the crocodile might be waiting underwater to eat him, so he said out loud. “I wonder if the water’s warm. I’ll put in my leg and find out.” Of course Mouse Deer didn’t put in his leg. He picked up a stick instead and put one end into the water. Chomp…! Crocodile grabbed the stick and pulled it underwater. Mouse Deer laughed. “Ha… ha…ha… Stupid crocodile! Cant you tell the difference between a stick and a leg?” Then Mouse Deer ran off to drink somewhere else.
In the next day, Mouse Deer wanted to cross the river. He wanted to eat the fruits on the other side of the river. He saw a floating log in the river. He knew that Crocodile looked like a log when he floated. Mouse Deer didn’t want to be eaten by Crocodile when he crosses the river. He had an idea. He called out loud, “Crocodile!” Crocodile rose from the water, “Hello, Mouse Deer. Have you come to be my lunch?” Mouse Deer smiled. “Sorry, not today, Crocodile. I have orders from the King. He wants to invite all the crocodiles in this river to a party. He wants me to count all the crocodiles so he could prepare enough meal for you.”
“Really…? Tell us what to do,” said Crocodile. “You must line up from this side of the river to the other side,” said Mouse Deer. Crocodile then got all his friends and family. They lined up across the river. Mouse Deer then jumped onto Crocodile’s back. “One,” he counted. He jumped onto the next crocodile, “Two.” And the next crocodile, “Three.” Mouse Deer kept jumping until he arrived on the other side of the river. “How many are there?” asked Crocodile. “Just enough,” said Mouse Deer. He laughed as he ran to the forest.

Louvre Museum

In my opinion is the intersting place is museum. Let me tell you more specific the name of the museum is Louvre Museum. This is is one of the world's largest museums and a historic monument. Also it’s very famous.  This kind of museum is art. A central landmark of Paris, France, it is located on the Right Bank of the Seine in the 1st arrondissement. Almost 35,000 historical things from prehistory until 21^st  century are exhibited over an area 60,600 square meters.

This building originally built as a fortress in the late 12th century under Philip II. Remnants of the fortress are visible in the basement of the museum. The building was extended many times to form the present Louvre Palace. And the owner of this palace keep changing. During French Revolution, the National Assembly decreed that the Louvre should be used as a museum to display the nation's masterpieces.

This place opened as museum since 10 August 1793 with an exhibition of 537 paintings, the majority of the works being royal and confiscated church property. Because of structural problems with the building, the museum was closed in 1796 until 1801. . The collection was increased under Napoleon and the museum renamed the Musée Napoléon. After the defeat of Napoleon at Waterloo, many works seized by his armies were returned to their original owners. The collection was further increased during the reigns of Louis XVIII and Charles X, and during the Second French Empire the museum gained 20,000 pieces. Holdings have grown steadily through donations and gifts since the Third Republic. As of 2008, the collection is divided among eight curatorial departments: Egyptian Antiquities; Near Eastern Antiquities; Greek, Etruscan, and Roman Antiquities; Islamic Art; Sculpture; Decorative Arts; Paintings; Prints and Drawings.

The one of the collection is Egyptian Antiquities. It’s collection is very complete. The collection is more than 50,000 things.

Hellooo! My name is Maria. I will tell you about my school event, 3jhs Bandung, Indonesia. That is Art & Culture Festival "MATSWAPATI". This event is present you about Indonesian Culture. The place is at Bali field Bali street number 8 on Saturday, September 27th 2014. So recognize your culture and loved your country! Our guess is many like wise singer, traditional dancer, sinden, traditional puppet "wayang golek", and musical too! It starts on 8 AM until 7 PM in schedule. I and my friends as student we must open a stand with our seniors for sell something about culture. We may sell everything except food because food already sold for other people. 

Finally we got idea. We will sell game services and postcards. The game is to test your IQ. How is it working? You will arrange some wooden part into some shaped in three minutes. For playing this game you have to pay just IDR 2000. Apparently many people interesting with this game. Who is lose are curious and play the game again. And there is a winner who knows he can win it for many times and hoping will got the present for many times. Finally we almost didn't have any prize again and him left our stand after spent our present. And the second is postcard! Sadly our postcard not too interesting compare the game. Our postcard is about Indonesian. From culture, geography, food, and many more. It price is IDR 4000 and IDR 6000.

We start decorated our stand is one day before the event will held. One day is not enough so we continue next day.We also made photobooth side with body of Arjuna. It made from cardboard. At 7 PM we are parade roving around for promoting our event. And parade competition for got one million as the gift.

Whenever we walk we already made traffic jam. Maybe we are interesting, every people who we met always see to us surprisingly.

The event starting with like Reog Show. And  it made me felt a little scared. Because it almost 12 o’clock it means the sun is hot on our head. In front of the stage is nothing. The audience just on the side. And there is a traditional dance too. And present from our school is the participant from our extracurricular. There are a vocal group, drama theatre, mini orchestra and many more. When I ask some friends about their opinion about it they said is good and fantastic. Before our event starting, our mayor  is Mr. Ridwan Kamil and her wife came for the opening. He gave free ticket trans studio if you want to sing Halo-Halo Bandung, traditional song of Sundanese, and push up 30 times. Sadly the ticket is depleted. It means I will not got it.

One of event I like is traditional dance. It's not easy to be a dancer like that. And the singer has a beautiful voice with her traditional song too. The dress which name "kabaya" is beautiful too I like it. Althought I like it but I can't stand too close with the stage because the sound is too loud and my body not strong with it. So I stayed at the middle not to close with the stage and speaker.

The second is Ts't. It is like drama theatre from 3 senior high school, Bandung, Indonesia. They are present story about "Kabayan ka kota" Kabayan who from village come to Jakarta city and be different than before. He forgot with her girlfriend, Iteung.

 There is traditional puppet show which is named "wayang golek" it is sundanese culture. It like a drama but with sundanese language. But the show on this event is different like usually. because dalang people who play the puppet used some language. That is Bahasa Indonesia, English, Sundanese. And the story is very funny. To play the puppet need a skill. The show very interesting. You must be want to watch it! You will not regret. Unluckly I didn't have the video:( but you can see another wayang golek show on youtube. I wish you like it!

I ask my friends what their opinion about this event. One of them said the event is good but if there is not too hot the audiencee maybe be a full. Because the weather is hot the audience choose to eat at foodcourt

My Unforgettable Moment

My Unforgettable Moment

That was on August 31^th until September 2^nd  2014 at Gambung, Indonesia. On Ied holiday I and my friends were going to Gambung for re-treat. We met at DKP Katedral on 8 AM. We went to Gambung on 9 AM by ‘Brimop’. The journey was take 2 hours. Sometimes I feel bored on the way. Finally we arrived I didn’t remember what time is it. Because we can’t checked in before the time for used the spare time we recorded one by one. And noticed our room for three days. Average  one room is for 6-7 person. But the room was not full. So it like lonely. So I moved to another room exactly is my friend’s room tasya.

The first day on the night, we often told to closed our eyes it is very annoying. After that we went to posts. I not really remember how much the post is but when we went to the posts we still did not have to saw anything. It is very dark and cold. The water also cold. Can you imagine the water on the mountain? Luckly there was hot water. Badly the hot water sometimes was off. I must took a bath with the very cold water. It made me quiver. For next morning we woke up and then we jogging. And we were told to don’t take bath just change the clothes. I used a t-shirt and such as trousers. We were going to an outbond palce. In my mind it will be a flying fox. But it is wrong. It just vacant land at the bottom of the hill. Our dorm was over the hill. And how we got there? We walk down beside cliff and tea plantation.I was very scared about the cliff. Can you imagine there’s no safety too.  There was no place for me to handle so we hold rod of the tea tree. We had fun there. But when we back to the dorm I realized I got sun burned! It is very hurt. And I felt like a zebra. Arr I was in badmood. And for the night we closed our eyes again. And  we had candlelight with our opposite  gender. After that is we got camp fire! It’s very warm and fun. And finally we free. And I choose to slept early than other.

When I came home I gave my mother some souvenirs. And the souvenirs is dirty clothes hahahaha it’s very annoying I know but I was tired. And my skin still felt hurt. Sometimes I regret why me must join the event? If I did not join it I will not like this tired and got bad sun burned. Except it the event is fun. But the committee should be give us sunblock or not it can be a big problem for person who have sensitive skin like my friend.  

My New Friend

I have table mate, her name is Fadhilla Najmi Qintara. Her nick name is Falla hahahaa it's very helpfull if we need falla in urgent condition or we must repeat her name oftenly. She was born in Bandung, September 12th 1998. Wow soon there will be someone birthdayy. Her previous school is Nurul Fikri Boarding School Lembang. Wow it’s far right? Her school include dormitory. So it is mean her so independent.
                 She have one brother. His name is Naufal Ismail. He is 18  years old. Now he study at Mathematics Sciene Dept. , ITB. She often told me about her brother. That is how they were school in boarding school. This is the story. When her brother was offered to school at Nurul Fikri Boarding School Senior High School Lembang, Indonesia. Her brother said he want if Falla join him. So Falla must be school at the same school. She told me in fact she want school at 7 junior high school Bandung, Indonesia. But when her already studied there she said it not bad like before. It is fun and you will miss it when you're gone. You will not lonely because in your bedroom you're not alone.
                 Fadhilla likes blue for her favourite color. She wearing veil. She very clever and kind. She want listening my story patiently.Her hobbies is drawing too. She want to join Nihongo Kurabu and DKM. That’s cool! Her reason want to join DKM is for mentoring. She also like anything about Japan like anime. She can drawing anime skillfully. She told me that she ever has a pair of rabbit. But because an accident her rabbit jump up from the roof. Sadly the other one she sold because it didn’t have couple again. in my opinion she is smart girl. Her result very amazing! 3 perfect result on national exam! And she just not smart but she very kind too! I am happy have tablemate like her.

                Her daily activity is wake up on 4 AM. Sholat and prepare until on 5.45 AM she go to the school with her father by car. We’re back to home on 3 PM from school so her arrived at home on 4 PM. After that she change her clothe prepare for tomorrow. When holiday season come especially on Eid. she and her family homecoming journey to Klaten by car. She likes reading comics. The comics are comic fullmetal alchemist.

                Who is her idol? She choose her parents as her idol. Fantastic! She and me are same about choosing our next dept on college later. That is too hard to choose one from many dept. So maybe we are just follow our dept in our senior high school now. She likes meatball. And when I ask her why choose meatball she answer I don’t know I just like it because it delicious. Some day she thought she want to be a teacher in future. But it just a plan.

She is very kind to everyone in my opinion who never angry with someone until now. She good almost every subject at school! in sports, mathematics, physic, religion, and also some language like wise english, deutsch, and many more. She and our friends ever supported me when I was down in that time.
                 She has a bad habbit. I think not just her but also me and some people who are student now. That is stay up or sleep late. It made her eyes like panda's one.

My Autobiography

Hello my name is Maria Ervina Permatasari Santoso. You can call me Maria but sadly i knew that who have name Maria is  too much. So you can call Maria or  Vina right? From kindergarten until now I study in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. I am from 44 Junior High School Bandung, Indonesia. So I am 44’14. Do you know where is 44jhs? No everyone know where it is so i will tell you. The school is near the famous building as known as Satay Building, Bandung, Indonesia. And my elementary school is Ignatius Slamet Riyadi. This school is near Trans Studio Mall if you ask to me. The opposite is gas station and mc donald. hahaha if I want to buy Mc donald product I just need to crossing the street. but for elementary age it was too dangerous.So we need security to help us crossing the street safely.
 I am is the second child from 2 sisters.M sister name is Monica Sylvia Permatasari Santoso. Our last name is same haha surprise.  Now she is study at Communication Dept. , Indonesia University of Education. She just began her study there last year. Her Junior High School is 13jhs. In fact, for the first time I am choose that school for my first choice but unfortunaly I can't study there because my result isn't enough. Our elemantary school is same.

I live at Pinus Regency, Bandung, Indonesia. Luckily I live with my lovely parents and sister. I was born at Tangerang, June 11^th 1999. So it means I am fifthteen years old. I am  teenager.  I like reading novels. Especially about fantasy. Why about fantasy? In my opinion fantasy is interesting, thought provoking  too. For movies I like about hmm action, fantasy, also cartoon. Do you like Doraemon and Teletubies? When I was kid I used to be watch it on every Sunday. And now teletubies is gone. I can’t watch it again. I miss that movies. My favorite actor is Arnold Schwarzeeneger. And for the actress I choose Angelina Jolie. They are very fantastic. What your favorite food? I like chocolate! Who don’t like chocolate? I love it! My favorite colour is ... I can’t answer it because I like some colours depend my eyes. That is awkward I know.

Let me tell you more specific like my favorite novels. Because I’m still teenager I like novel about romance especially from Gramedia Pustaka ‘Teenlit’. I don’t know why every novels who is come from teenlit is interesting. Fantasy, real life, or horror  the writer can take me imagine until the details. And for movies I like action, adventure, and anything. For now is The Hunger Games and Divergent. Both of the movies are from triology novels about fantasy too.  Movies follow era so every year I will change my favorite movie right? I’m still student of course. So my favorite subject is mathematics. Haha that is because one formula is using for some problem. It means you just learn wider but not different. I like drawing too. But my picture not like a maestro I’m newbie. Haha that is just for spare time.

 

And my favorite song is .... sorry because the song which is I very like is too much. Let me tell you my favorite singer that is Mariah Carey all the time. The first which I like is hero. And the other are one sweet day,always be my baby, we belong together. The second is Celline Dion and Ariana Grande: My Heart Will Go On, The Prayer, Honeymoon Avenue. And for the band I like maroon 5.
